You can purchase our filter replacements exclusively through our website. Filters sold elsewhere are not guaranteed to be compatible with our shower heads. Buying directly from us ensures authentic quality, optimal performance, and the best pricing — especially when you stock up!

Cancellations & Refunds

Yes — orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, we are unable to stop it in transit.

If you believe your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at support@drivse.com with your order number.

Once an order is shipped, it is already in the hands of the carrier and moving through their delivery network. At that stage, we no longer have the ability to intercept or modify the shipment.

If your order has already shipped, our team will be happy to assist you with return or refund options once delivery is complete.
