Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Requirements for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet these two requirements:
Time Limit: You must ship the product(s) back to us within 30 days of order date.
Condition: For hygiene and quality reasons, all returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
The Return Process
Contact Us First: You must contact us before sending any items back. If you ship a return without first getting approval from our team, we will not be able to process your refund.
Tracking is Mandatory: You must use a trackable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for, and cannot refund, items lost during return shipping if tracking was not used.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be credited automatically back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 2–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide a refund in the following situations:
Customer Error: If you provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details (such as a wrong address) when placing your order.
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about a product.
Misuse/Damage: If the product has been damaged or made unusable due to customer misuse.

What to Provide: Include your order number and clear photos/ videos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Resolution Process: Once we’ve verified the issue, we’ll quickly send the correct item or issue a full refund, including your original shipping fee. We’ll also provide return instructions and cover all return shipping costs. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Terms of service
If you received a damaged item, please report to support@drivse.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo that shows the damage of your product(s). Please include your order number in the email. A return of the damaged product is not needed.
We do not accept returns. In case you product arrived defective to you, we will promptly offer you a free replacement, depending on our agents evaluation of your concern.
